LogiSpace Kelsterbach Logistics Park

In Kelsterbach, LIST is carrying out the construction of the “LogiSpace” logistics park for LogiSpace GmbH & Co. KG—a joint venture between Fraport and MB Park Deutschland.

The property is located immediately adjacent to a runway at Frankfurt Airport. This gives rise to project-specific constraints, such as height restrictions and relevant requirements, which were taken into account during the planning phase.

A logistics building of approximately 25,000 square meters, divided into four units, is being constructed on the approximately 48,200-square-meter site. Two units are planned with a clear height of approximately 12 meters and will feature a two-story mezzanine, each with an office level and a gallery level; two additional units will be constructed with a reduced clear height of approximately 8 meters in accordance with airport regulations.

The logistics park is designed for high energy efficiency: heat pumps handle heating and cooling, and a large-scale photovoltaic system provides on-site power generation. The project aims to achieve DGNB Gold and WiredScore certifications. LIST Eco is supporting the certification process, while LIST Ingenieure provided planning support, particularly for MEP and civil engineering.
